Free preview terms

These terms cover the free account and synthetic Smart Data Engine evaluation, not paid hosting or production data processing.

2. Account and evaluation

You may create an account with your own email address, accept these terms and confirm the email. The free account service begins after confirmation. Keep your password and recovery methods private; two-factor authentication is available. An up-to-date browser with HTTPS and essential session cookies is required.

The preview is intended for professional evaluation. Creating an account, project or API key does not buy a subscription, provision a customer database or authorize a payment. The service does not automatically run five AI analyses for a new account: assisted analyses require separate operator activation. Demo starts have their own limits.

3. Demo limits and acceptable use

Only predefined synthetic Weather workloads are accepted. Do not submit customer records, personal data, credentials, confidential information, your own code or prompts. Do not bypass limits, interfere with the service or access another account without authorization.

There is one shared run at a time, up to three starts per organization per UTC day and up to twenty starts across the service per UTC day. A public run has a fifteen-minute execution deadline. An admitted start counts even if it is canceled or fails. Capacity or provider limits can temporarily prevent a start.

4. Availability and responsibility

This free preview has no SLA, uptime, response-time, recovery or performance guarantee. It is not production storage or a backup. Synthetic allocations are cleaned after runs, and preview resources may be reset. Do not rely on reports as your only copy of information.

AI proposals can be incorrect or unsuitable for another workload. Review every proposal before approval. Manual choices are identified as manual. We do not promise savings, a particular business result or financial advice. Responsibility is governed by applicable law: these terms do not exclude intentional harm or any liability or user rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Support, complaints and account closure

Send support requests, complaints or a request to close your account to the contact email above; written correspondence may be sent to the provider address. Include the problem and relevant run identifier, never a password or API secret. We respond to complaints within fourteen days of receipt unless applicable law requires an earlier response.

You may end the free account service at any time by contacting us. We verify the requester before disabling access and handling the associated personal data under the privacy notice. There is no automatic deletion button. We may restrict access to prevent abuse or protect the service; this does not remove mandatory rights or the ability to contact us.

6. Changes and applicable rights

Changes do not apply retroactively. A material change to preview terms requires a new version and acknowledgement before further demo starts. You may stop using the service and request closure instead. Polish law applies, without depriving a protected user of mandatory rights or imposing a court contrary to applicable law. Future paid services need separate terms and explicit agreement.
