What the portal processes
We process your email address, account and authentication metadata, language preference, organization/project labels, API key hashes and source restrictions, preview acknowledgement and demo reports. IP addresses and request metadata are used for security and abuse prevention. Never enter real customer records or credentials into a demo.
Why the data is used
We use account data to provide the account and evaluation you request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Security records, abuse prevention, aggregate operational counts and handling service-related claims serve our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)). We process data required by a specific legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c). Creating an account is not consent to advertising or acceptance of a paid service.
Providing an email address and required account information is necessary to create and secure an account; without it we cannot provide access. Do not put personal data in organization/project labels or synthetic demo inputs. We do not sell account data or make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Providers and model inputs
Authorized hosting and infrastructure providers process account storage and security metadata; our Google Workspace email service processes messages and recipient addresses. OpenAI provides the demo model. Model requests contain only synthetic demonstration metadata and technical run identifiers, not your email address, customer database rows or database credentials. Authorities or professional advisers receive data only where legally required or necessary for a justified claim.
The portal's account database is hosted in Poland. Email and AI providers may process information outside the EEA, including in the United States. Applicable transfer safeguards, where required, include an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with appropriate supplementary measures. Contact us for the current recipient details, relevant safeguards and how to obtain a copy. The preview does not promise that every provider operates only in the EEA.
Retention and requests
We retain account metadata while providing the account. After closure we remove or anonymize information that is no longer needed; data necessary for an unresolved complaint, documented security investigation, legal obligation or the establishment or defence of a claim is retained only for that purpose and its applicable period. Demo allocations are cleaned separately from account and report history. Local recovery copies are not immediate live deletion and may retain earlier data until replaced or removed.
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable. We may need to verify your identity, without requesting your password or API secret. Account closure and privacy requests are handled individually, not through an automatic deletion button.
You may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Browser storage
Session, CSRF and language-preference storage supports authentication, request security and presentation. Advertising tracking is not enabled for this preview.
